Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se analizom formalnog čina otpada od Katoličke Crkve, s posebnim naglaskom na pravno-pastoralne aspekte tog fenomena. Rad započinje objašnjenjem temeljnih elemenata crkvenog zajedništva – ispovijedanja vjere, slavlja sakramenata i crkvenog upravljanja, te kako njihov gubitak vodi do smanjenja i konačno, do formalnog otpada. Središnje mjesto zauzima tumačenje pojma formalni čin otpada prema Zakoniku kanonskog prava iz 1983. godine i Okružnici Papinskog vijeća za tumačenje... More zakonskih tekstova iz 2006. godine. Rad istražuje i kaznene mjere koje prate formalni čin otpada te pravne posljedice koje proizlaze iz tog čina, kao i mogućnosti povratka u crkveno zajedništvo. Abstract (english)

This thesis examines the formal act of repudiation from the Catholic Church, with a particular focus on its legal and pastoral dimensions. Thesis begins by explaining the fundamental elements of ecclesial communion – profession of faith, celebration of the sacraments, and ecclesiastical governance – and how their loss leads to the reduction of communion and ultimately to formal defection. The central part of the thesis is dedicated to interpreting the concept of the formal act of repudiation... More according to the 1983 Code of Canon Law and the 2006 Circular Letter from the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts. The thesis also explores the penal sanctions associated with formal repudiation, the legal consequences that arise from this act, and the possibilities for reintegration into ecclesial communion. The objective of this thesis is to deepen the understanding of this complex issue and provide guidelines for pastoral care for those who have chosen this path. Less
