Abstract

Pojavom darvinizma započela je globalna debata oko postanka života na zemlji. Ideje koje su se iznosile i implicirale uvelike su oblikovale povijest 19. i 20. stoljeća. Darwin je prije svega predložio jednu hipotezu koja je prolazila znanstvena verificiranja. Potrebno je upoznati proces znanstvene metode i razlikovati njen metodički naturalizam od filozofije naturalizma. Abstract (english)

With the emergence of Darwinism, a global debate about the origin of life on earth began. The ideas expressed and implied greatly shaped the history of the 19th and 20th centuries. First of all, Darwin proposed a hypothesis that underwent scientific verification. It is necessary to know the process of the scientific method and distinguish its methodical naturalism from the philosophy of naturalism. Furthermore, the consequences of Darwinism on general society and politics are exposed, as an abuse of scientific theory. It is always important to understand what are the limits and possibilities of scientific claims and what is their relationship with philosophical - theological statements.
